Your two days · Las Vegas Convention Center

One hall per day. Zero backtracking.

Why we built this

Use AI to skip the wandering. Maximize your floor time.

InfoComm is overwhelming — 821+ exhibitors across two huge halls. Most attendees lose hours wandering, backtracking, and missing the vendors that actually matter to their projects. We built this app to fix that, using AI for the planning heavy-lifting so you can spend more time on the floor doing what you came for — evaluating gear, asking real questions, and meeting reps.

AI booth suggestions

Claude scans every exhibitor and surfaces the ones likely to match your business and projects — including sleepers you'd never find on your own.

Optimized walking routes

Your picks sort by actual booth coordinates into the shortest possible path. No more crisscrossing halls.

Tactical AI tips

Per-route callouts: which booths to hit before the crowd, which adjacent vendors to combine, which demos deserve extra time.

Team sync, zero login

One person creates a code, the whole team joins. Picks, visits, and notes update live across phones.

Strategy in 5 bullets

  • Walk to the back wall first.Everyone clumps near the entrance. Start where the crowd isn't, then serpentine forward.
  • Eat lunch by noon. Lines double at 12:30. A 45-min lunch buys 90 min back.
  • The 90-second rule.If a booth doesn't grab you in 90 seconds, walk. Reps want qualified prospects too.
  • Big crowds at 4:30 PM evaporate. Save high-traffic booths (Samsung, Shure, Crestron) for the last 30 min if needed.
  • Dump literature at the hotel each evening. Or skip paper entirely — photos + QR codes.

Audio Demo Rooms — reserve early Day 2

They're purpose-built quiet rooms — completely different from floor demos. Walk over and reserve 2–3 slots before 10 AM Thursday. They fill.
